Slowly and softly pull the jammed paper to not to tear the jammed paper. If possible, use both
hands with even strength to remove the jammed paper.
The following figure shows the document’s path in ADF (front view). Paper path is ADF’s most general
“C” path. When a paper jam occurs in ADF, see below procedures to remove the paper jam.
