Add 0.50 ml of Ca-1 with
pipette and mix.
Check the pH of the
sample, specified range:
pH 3 – 9.
If required, add dilute
sodium hydroxide
solution or sulfuric acid
drop by drop to adjust
the pH.
Measuring 0.20– 4.00 mg/l Ca 10-mm cell
range: Expression of results also possible in mmol/l.
