Place the cell into the
cell compartment. Align
the mark on the cell with
that on the photometer.
Add 1 level blue micro-
spoon of NO
3
-1K, imme-
diately close the cell
tightly with the screw cap.
Caution, foams strongly
(eye protection,
protective
gloves)!
Pipette 2.0 ml of the
sample into a reaction
cell, do not mix.
Reaction time:
30 minutes
Shake the cell vigor-
ously for 5 seconds
to dissolve the solid sub-
stance.
