Removing the control compartment
hood
DANGER
Danger of electric shock (80-V version)
Disconnect the battery male connector
before removing the control compart-
ment hood.
– Open the two screw plugs (1).
– Hold the hood at the ventilation openings
(2), lift it off and then place it to one side.
The hood is very lightweight and can there-
fore be removed by hand without using any
tools.
– The emergency lowering valve (3) is loca-
ted in the control compartment and can be
accessed once the cowling has been
opened.
