4.13 White line in display
A vertical bright line may appear in the display due to defective electronics on the display,
usually as a result of a discharge of static electricity. Replace the display.
Prevent static electricity discharge through the display: before touching the display, touch
the top cover of the machine.
4.14 Flashing display
When the display starts showing different alternating colors over the full screen, then this is
due to bad communication between the main board and the display.
This could be due to the following:
• The flat cable between the display (J1) and the main board (J8) may not be correctly seated in
the connectors.
