deformation is visible, to increase quality, lower the middle pinch rollers):

There may be lack of vacuum, causing the media to easily deform. Check the following:
• The vacuum fan may not work because it is defective, or the electronics on the main board
used to drive the fan may be defective, see Vacuum fan does not work.
• The holes in the base may be clogged, causing lack of vacuum under the media: clean the
holes.
6.8.1 Drag Head issues
Check the following items and configurations:
• Knife: The knife has to be sharp to have a good cutting quality.
▪ The knife could be blunt, replace by a sharp knife.
