• The driver (U28) on the main board may be defective and because of this the knife does not
rotate. Replace the main board.
• Flat cable or motor cable not firmly seated in the connector. Check on main board (J21:
HEAD2) and on cutter head (J7 and J9) and correct if necessary.
2.5 Turn power off! Pinch rollers are not found
On loading media, and lowering the pinch rollers, the machine starts to search for the
