When the machine makes a ticking sound when the cutter head moves, then check the
following:
• The wheels on the carriage of the cutter head may have collected dirt. Clean using a soft cloth
and isopropyl-alcohol to clean the 8 wheels. Do not apply grease or oil on the guiding as this
will collect dirt.
• The Y-guiding on which the cutter head carriage runs on may have collected dirt. Clean the
guiding using a soft cloth and isopropyl-alcohol. Do not apply grease or oil on the guiding as
this will collect dirt.
