4. Disconnect the CD-ROM audio cable from its connector on the
system board.
See Figure 9-26. You may need to remove an SBus card to access the audio
connector. See Section 11.1.1, “Removing an SBus Card.”
5. Carefully note how the CD-ROM audio cable is routed, and remove it
from the system chassis.

9.7.2 Replacing the CD-ROM Audio Cable
1. Route the replacement cable in the same manner as the defective cable
that you just removed.
Secure the cable beneath the plastic cable clips on the card guide.
