6-10 POWER UNIT
DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the bolt 1, washer 2 and cam pulley 3.
Remove the key 4 from camshaft.
2. Remove the four (4) bolts 1 · 2.
Remove the oil pump assembly 4 and oil gallery block 3.
Turn the oil pump shaft 5 until the pin 6 comes out through
hole of oil gallery block 3.
3. Remove the rocker arm shaft 1.
NOTE:
Install the 8 mm bolt a into the lower end of rocker arm shaft
and pull the rocker arm shaft out.
4. Remove the washer 2, wave washer 3, rocker arms 4,
and spring 5.
NOTE:
Reassemble each rocker arm to original position.
