7. Bend the lock washer edge 4 toward nut for locking.
THERMOSTAT
Install thermostat 1 and cover 2 to cylinder and secure with
bolts 3.
Thermostat cover bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kg-m, 7.0 lb-ft)
OIL PRESSURE REGULATOR
Install oil pressure regulator 1 to cylinder, then tighten regulator
securely.
Oil pressure regulator: 27 N·m (2.7 kg-m, 19.5 lb-ft)
ENGINE OIL FILTER
Install the engine oil filter. (Refer to page 2-4.)
