wishbone
arms
to
the
steering
knuckle
and
lighten
the
knuckle
end
nuts
to
the
specified
torque
.

-m, 31.0 Ib-It)
•
Install
the
cotter
pins.
jCAUTION j
Replace the removed cotter pins with new ones.
• Tighten
the
wishbone
arm
pivot
nuts
to
the
specified
torque
.

Wishbone arm pivot nut: 65 N·m (6.5 kgf-m, 47.0
Ib~ft)
•
Install
the
front
grip
®
and
the
front
shock
abso
r
ber.
• Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER "1303" or "1322"

the Ironl
shock
absorber
mounting
bolts
.
• 99000-32030: THREAD LOCK SUPER "1303" (USA)
.99000-32110:
THREAD LOCK SUPER " 1322" (Others)
• Tighten
the
shock
absorber
mounting
nut
to
the
specified
torque.

Shock absorber mounting nut (Upper and Lower):
60 N·m (6.0 kgl-m, 43.5 Ib-It)
•
Apply
THREAD LOCK SUPER "1360"
to
the d
isc
cover
mounting
bolts,
and
then
tighten
the
bolts
.
