7.9. DISASSEMBLING THE MOTOR GUARD

1. Turn off the machine and unplug the mains
lead from the wall outlet.
2. Back off the screws a on eit
machine through a ¼ turn, using a medium
flat-blade screwdriver.
Back off the 3 screws b through a ¼ turn,
using a medium flat-blade screwdriver.
Remove the top 4. part of the motor guard.

Back off the 5 screws c using a 4
wrench.
Un lug the electrical cable connectin
fan to the electrical box.
Unplug the cable connecting the limit switch
to the electrical box.

On either side of the machine:
8. Back off the screw e, using a 4-mm hex
wrench.
9. Back off screw d using a 4-mm Allen wrench
and remove the lower part of the motor guard
downward to remove.
To reassemble the motor guard, carry out the
above steps in reverse order.
On Wellness TV machines, the antenna
cable must be unplugged from the
connector fixed to the guard, near the
on-off switch.
