1�6 Guarantee
For the scope and period of the guarantee, please see the delivery and payment terms of
TEKA Maschinenbau GmbH.
Noguaranteeisoeredaboveandbeyondthosetermsfordamagethatresultsfromthefol-
lowing:
● Lack of knowledge of or failure to observe the operating instructions
● Insu󰀩ciently qualied personnel
● Insu󰀩ciently trained personnel
● Improper use
● Use of spare parts that are not original TEKA spare parts
Spare parts must meet the technical requirements dened by TEKA. In the case of original
TEKA spare parts, this is ensured by means of constant quality controls as per DIN ISO 9001.
Guarantee claims should be asserted with TEKA Maschinenbau GmbH immediately after
the damage is ascertained. Please state the serial number of the mixer. TEKA Maschinen-
bau GmbH shall make the decision as to whether the damage will be rectied by TEKA Cus-
tomer Services or by a third party.
1�7 Manufacturer's declaration
The manufacturer's declaration as per the European Directive is issued separately from the
operating instructions along with the invoice.
1�8 Information on the scope of delivery
Check the delivered systems and system parts for any transport damage.
Immediately inform the transport company of any damage found.
Check the scope of delivery on the basis of the design drawing.
Inform the manufacturer of any discrepancies.
