106 Cleaning
The mixer must be kept clean to ensure its trouble-free, lasting operation. Clean the mixer
thoroughly each day after finishing work. To avoid the build-up of deposits, the discharge
must remain open after cleaning and after close of business.
All hinges on the cleaning, inspection, and sight flaps must be regularly cleaned to remove
cement dust and incrustations and must then be greased.
Check the cleaning flap limit switches once a week to make sure they are working properly.
Check elastic parts such as cables, hoses, sealing gaskets, rubber strips (discharge slide)
and so on for breakages and leaks as well as cleaning these parts at regular intervals in
accordance with the operating conditions.
I CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Before cleaning the machine with water, steam, or cleaning agents,
cover/mask all openings, where no water/steam/cleaning agents
should enter for functional and/or safety reasons.
In particular, this applies to the electrical equipment (motors, cables
etc.).
