10.1.7.2 Replacement of floor liner segments (wear plates) made from steel sheet or hard cast iron
1. First, for the assembly and disassembly process, remove 1 or 2 bottom parts of mixing
arms, cf. "Replacement of mixing arms".
2. Start the disassembly of the floor wear liner at the discharge slide.
Undo the screw connections and remove all floor liner segments.
3. Fit the mixer floor with the new floor liner segments.
4. Starting from the discharge, align the floor liner segments and underpin any bumps at the
fixation points.
The fixation of the floor liner segments is first performed to the right and left of the dis-
charge and is then completed progressively.
Make sure that there is a parallel gap between the individual floor liner segments and the
discharge slide.
