Placing the machine into operation
7�7 Initial start-up
7�7�1 Adjusting the mixing tools
I NOTE
The connection between the top part of the mixing arm and the
bottom part of the mixing arm must be retightened after 5 hours
operating time�
The connection between the mixing paddles and the scraper
paddles must be retightened after 5 hours operating time and at
regular intervals
1. Adjustment screw (4) for securing the bottom part of the mixing arm in a vertical position.
After making the adjustment, tighten the adjustment screw (4) again.
2. Lateral adjustment of bottom part of mixing arm by moving the plug bolts (3) on the mixing
arms.
3. Adjust the mixing paddles so that they are (2 ) parallel and at a 1 - 2 mm distance from the
trough oor by undoing the screw connection (1). Tighten the screw connection again after
making the adjustment.
