Placing the machine into operation
4. Following the adjustment of the mixing paddles, check that the mixing paddles run smoothly
by starting the machine up for a short time (with the discharge slide open and closed).
5. Regrease the contact edge of the rotor cover to prevent the penetration of dust and water
and check the seal for damage.
6. Distance of outer wall scraper in mixing trough from mixer outer wall wear liner:
● Undo the screws on the outer scraper paddle.
● Adjust the distance (1) so that it is approx. 1-2 mm from the wall liner in the various rotor
positions of the outer scraper arm.
7. Tighten the screw connections again after making the adjustment.
8. Distance of inner wall scraper in mixing trough from mixer inner wall wear liner:
● Undo the screws on the outer scraper paddle.
● Adjust the distance (1) so that it is approx. 1-2 mm from the wall liner in the various rotor
positions of the outer scraper arm.
9. Tighten the screw connections again after making the adjustment.
10. Check the wear liner (2) for fastenings.
