Troubleshooting
92 Finding faults - safety
I DANGER!
Unforeseeable start-up of machine!
In the case of an operational fault, switch the mixer o󰀨 to ensure the
safety of the operating personnel and the machine itself:
Turn the main switch to "0" or actuate the EMERGENCY
OFF function.
Secure the machine so that it cannot be turned back on
unintentionally.
NOTE
In the case of a power outage during the mixing process, make sure
that the drive motor is started up only with direct switching.
In the case of machine downtime following unintentional overlling,
you must remove some of the mixed material before switching the
motor on, since otherwise the motor will not be able to start.
To do this, open the discharge slide by hand.
The table below lists faults.
The required troubleshooting measures are derived from the possible causes.
If the recommissioning of the mixer is delayed after a fault, the mixed material - once the
binding agent has been added - must be removed from the mixing trough.
