10�1�6 Replacement of mixing paddles
1. Undo the screws (1) and remove and replace the paddles (2).
2. When installing the mixing paddles (2) rst place a intermediate paper layer (3) soaked in
water between the mounting part and the mixing paddle.
3. Mixing paddles (2) must be attached so that their top edge overlaps the mounting part.
4. Readjust the paddle height using the slotted holes.
Before tightening up the fastening screws, make sure that there is a parallel gap between
the bottom of the paddle and the trough oor wear liner (1-2 mm).

I NOTE
The connection between the mixing paddles and the scraper pad-
dlesmustberetightenedaftervehoursoperatingtime.
All mixing paddles must be checked at regular intervals for wear
and damage and replaced if necessary�
Non-observance can lead to serious damage on the mixer�
