Assembly
6 Assembly
The customer is responsible for assembling the machine, since the individual installation con-
ditions must be taken into account.
I NOTE
Assembly and disassembly work is only allowed to be carried out
by trained and instructed personnel�
6�1 Installation and operating conditions
The installation and operating conditions depend on the customer-specic requirements and
cannot be described on a general level.
The machine must be assembled so that it is stable.
The load-bearing elements must be statically and dynamically designed in accordance with
the specications (weights) of the design drawing (15.1 "Design drawing“).
Assembly spaces must be taken into account (15.1 "Design drawing").
6�2 Mixerxingpoints
The location/position of the xing points are specied in the design drawing
(15.1 "Design drawing").
6�3 Establishing connections
The connections are shown in the design drawing
(15.1 "Design drawing").
6�4 Electrics as per terminal diagram
The electrics must be designed as per the binding specications in the terminal diagram
(15.2 "Terminal diagram").
