2�1 Usage
2�1�1 Intended use
This machine was constructed in accordance with the latest state of technology and recog-
nized technical safety regulations. Despite this, risks to the life and limb of the user or third par-
ties as well as machine impairments and damage to other material assets can occur when the
machine is being used.
The TEKA pan mixer is for the mixing and homogenization of di󰀨erent mixing materials for dry
and wet mixes. The intended use is stated in the order conrmation.
Any other use that goes beyond the intended use without the written consent of TEKA Maschi-
nenbau GmbH shall constitute improper usage. The manufacturer/supplier is not liable for re-
sulting damage. The operating company alone bears the risk.
Intended use also requires the observation of the operating instructions and compliance with
inspection and servicing stipulations.
2�1�2 Improper use
Improper use shall be any use of the TEKA pan mixer other than that described in chapter
"2.1.1 Intended use" .
In particular, it is prohibited to process products with a temperature of >45°C.
Furthermore, you are not allowed to process products intended for consumption by humans/
animals or products that are highly alkaline or acidic (content >10%).
2�1�3 Reasonably foreseeable misuse
Any attempt to use components other than those specied in chapter "4 Machine description"
shall constitute reasonably foreseeable misuse.
In addition, the TEKA pan mixer may only be used in accordance with its intended use (see
chapter "2.1.1 Intended use") and operated and serviced in accordance with these operating
instructions.
