CHECKING THE MEASURING ACCURACY
Measure the attached model eye and check the accuracy at regular intervals.
CLEANING THE INSTRUMENT
• Dust on examination window.....................................Blow off dust using a blower.
• Fingerprints and oil spots on measuring window ......Blow off dust using a blower and wipe the
surface lightly with a camera lens cleaner
using a clean gauze.
CLEANING THE MEASURING WINDOW GLASS
• To ensure auto alignment and correct measurement values, clean the measuring window
glass after each day's work.
• Clean the glass when "CLEAN THE MEASURING WINDOW GLASS" is displayed on the
monitor screen.
1 Prepare ethanol.
2 Using a blower, remove dust and dirt from the glass surface.
3 Moisten the applicator with ethanol.
Keep this instrument free of dust. When not in use, put the measuring lens cap
and dust cover on.
When not in use, turn off the .
CAUTION
Clean the measuring window glass, measuring nozzle and the
window glass inside the measuring nozzle using ethanol.
Other chemicals may cause damage to the patient's eye during
measurement.
MEMO
• Do not use commercial tissues, as they may make the stain more
noticeable.
• Do not use tweezers or gauze, as these may scratch lens and glass
surfaces.
