Protecting the phone from misuse
You can stop unauthorized parties from using certain functions on your phone
while you are away. E.g. the dialing of external phone numbers and access to
your mailbox can be prevented. Ask your Administrator which functions are lo-
cked.
Locking the phone
@ If nec. Press Main Menu key.
€ Select "Lock phone"
Confirm. The Functions dialog opens.

Unlocking the phone

In locked mode a special dial tone rings when you lift the handset. You can
dial internal numbers as usual.
