Internal callers who want to reach you in your absence can leave messages /
response texts on your display.
When a call is received, the message appears on the caller's display. The ans-
wer text can also be displayed in the main menu’s Notification area.

Open using the Softkey. The Functions dialog opens.
Predefined text
Select and confirm predefined text (can be changed by relevant Administrator).
