You are being spoken to directly by a colleague over speakerphone. Before this
happens you will hear an alert tone. The partner's name or phone number is
shown on the display. You can answer directly with the handset or via loudspe-
aker .

switch on the microphone. You can answer hands-free immediately.
If hands-free answering is blocked (default), proceed as described above.
