(2) Disassembling 4WD / Bi-speed Turn Clutch Pack
4WD / Bi-speed Turn Shaft
1. Remove the bearing (1) and thrust collar (4).
2. Remove the 31T gear (2).
3. Remove the external circlip (5).
4. Tap out the 4WD / Bi-speed turn shaft (7) with 26T gear (8).
5. Remove the neutral cover (6).
6. Tap out the 26T gear (8) from 4WD / Bi-speed turn shaft (7).
(When reassembling)
• Install the 26T gear (8) to the clutch discs.
• Align the key (9) and key groove (11) when install the 4WD /
Bi-speed turn shaft (7).
• Apply oil to the O-ring (10) and (12) when assemble the neutral
cover (6).
