Repairs and Adjustments
NOTE: If the frame screws had to be loosened to remove the rolls, tighten the four
screws.
NOTE: Step 1: Install the Web Oiler so that the web is coming off the bottom of the Sup-
ply Roll as shown with the Web Oil Assembly laying up-side-down.

CAUTION
Ensure that there are no wrinkles in the Web when tensioning the web in the following
procedure. Wrinkles can cause print quality problems.
2. (Figure 5): Reinstall the Takeup Roll Gear.

Install the Take Up Roll with
the slot on the right side (drive
side)

Push the Rolls to the left and
insert them in the frame

Install the Web Oiler as shown in this diagram

Install the gear with the
raised hub towards the frame

Carefully remove any excess play in
the Web by rotating the gear in the
direction shown
