Navigating the Control Panel Menus
The following table describes the navigation buttons on the control panel that you use to move
between menus and menu options.

Button Operation
Back/Menu Access the System Menu.
Move back to a previous menu level when in a menu.
OK Accept/Confirm selection.
Up arrow (moves cursor up)
Down arrow (moves cursor down)
Move between options in a menu.
Forward arrow (moves cursor to the right)
Back arrow (moves cursor to the left)
Move the cursor (_) to the left or right when setting
values for menu items.
Fax (Phaser 6121MFP/N and /D printer
configurations only)
Access the Fax menu.
Scan Access the Scan menu.
Copy Access the Copy menu.
Address Book (Phaser 6121MFP/N and /D printer
configurations only)
Access the printer’s address book.
