Service Messages
Video I/F Error A video interface error occurred in
the printer.
Turn off the printer. After a few seconds,
turn on the printer.
Incorrect password
for (xxx) Server
The password is incorrect, so the
indicated server could not be
accessed.
Verify the password and then enter the
correct one.
Invalid Toner
Change (CMYK) toner
An unapproved toner cartridge is
installed.
Install a correct Xerox toner cartridge.
(xxx) cover open
Close (xxx) cover
The indicated cover/door is open. Close the indicated cover or door.
The imaging unit is not installed. Install the imaging unit.
An imaging unit incompatible with
the printer is installed.
Replace the imaging unit with a correct
one.
(xxx) is disabled The TCP/IP, FTP, SMTP or SMB
settings are disabled.
Enable the TCP/IP, FTP, SMTP or SMB
settings in the Connection Setup menu
of the System Menu.
(xxx) is not supported Clone copying cannot be performed
with the specified paper size.
The maximum possible size for Clone
copying is A4.
Specify a paper size of A4 or smaller.
(xxx) server error The file cannot be saved on the
indicated server.
