Clearing Jams at the Duplex Unit
1. Open the duplex unit cover at the back of the printer and then carefully pull out the misfed paper.
Note: Always remove the paper in the direction shown in the picture above on the right.
2. If the misfeed occurs at the bottom feed slot and the paper does not stick out far enough to be
removed, turn the dial at the right in the direction of the arrow until the paper can be pulled out.
3. Close the duplex unit cover.
