ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT/INSTALLATION
REED VALVE
1. Install the reed valve assembly, and the
gasket reed valve plate to the intake
manifold.

INTAKE MANIFOLD
1. Install the manifold assembly to the
crankcase, and tighten the bolts in
sequence and in two steps of torque.

1. Install the fuel system referring to page
4-1.
2. Install the electrical system referring to
page 8-1 ~ 8-4.

INSTALLATION
1. Install two dowel pins in position on the
exhaust guide.
2. Align the dowel-pin holes on the gasket
with dowel pins, and place the gasket
on the exhaust guide.
3. Install the power head onto the exhaust
guide, tighten the mounting-bolts.
4. Connect the hoses, cables and wires
referring to pages 3-2 ~ 3-6.
5. Bolt-on the apron.
6. Check the fittings installation, cable
connections and functions before start-
ing the engine to check operation and to
check for leaks, referring to pages 3-2 ~
3-6.
