FLYWHEEL MAGNETO
INSTALLATION
1. Install the magneto base on to the
retainer-plate.
2. Install the woodruff key in the keyways
of the crankshaft.
3. Install the flywheel rotor with the
washer and nut. Tighten the nut to the
specified torque.
Flywheel holder:
YB-6139/90890-06522

Flywheel nut:
110 Nm (11 m • kgf, 80 ft • lb)
4. Install the starter pully on the flywheel
rotor.
5. Install the recoil starter or the flywheel
cover.
