Check the engine and lower unit for abnor-
mal noise.

Check that the engine speed at fully-closed
throttle is correct.

Check that the ignition timing at fully-closed
and fully-open throttle positions is correct.

MOTOR EXTERIOR
Check the motor exterior for any flaking of
the paint, and if necessary touch-up with
paint of the original color.

INSTRUCTING THE NEW OWNER
Instruct the new owner on the operation of
all controls and the break-in procedure.
Also advise him on propeller-to-boat
matching.
