THERMO SWITCH
1. Measure:
● Thermo switch continuity
Out of specification → Replace.
1 Discontinuity Å Temperature
2 Continuity ı Time
3 Discontinuity
Thermo switch continuity
temperature:
Pink (P) – Black (B)
a 90 ~ 96˚C (194 ~ 205˚F)
b 76 ~ 90˚C (169 ~ 194˚F)
Measuring steps:
● Attach the digital tester to the thermo
switch.
● Place the thermo switch in the water.
● Place the thermometer in the water.
● Heat the water.
● Measure the continuity when the spec-
ified temperature is reached.
OIL LEVEL GAUGE
1. Measure:
● Oil level gauge continuity
Out of specification → Replace.
NOTE:
Digital tester can not be used for this
inspection.
