Gear case
1. Install a new needle-bearing in position.
Drive rod:
YB-6229/

Needle bearing attachment:
YB-6082/
90890-06615........................... 2
2. Sub-assemble a shift-rod, new boot, a
bracket, and then install the shift-rod
complete and tighten the installation
screw.
3. Align the drive-shaft sleeve locating-rib
with the recess in the gear case, and
place the drive-shaft sleeve into the
gear case.
4. Place the pinion-gear shim-pack in posi--
tion, and install the taper-roller bearing
outer race on the shim-pack.
