6.2 Field Bus Network Support
You can use the PLC to control and monitor the drive through the network. The drive has a standard RS-485 interface
(MEMOBUS/Modbus communications). Install a separately sold communication option on the drive to support other
network communications.

Refer to Table 6.1 for the fieldbus networks that are compatible with the drive. Contact Yaskawa or your nearest sales
representative to order a communication option.
