27.2.14 VDSL Autoupg Command
Syntax:
vdsl autoupg chan-id [on|off]
Type this command to turn on/off auto upgrade. When auto upgrade is on, the VLC1012 will check the
subscriber’s modem VDSL modem code version and automatically upgrade it if it is an earlier version than the
VLC1012’s.
27.3 VDSL-Ethernet-related Commands
27.3.1 View Ethernet Status Counters
Syntax:
vdsl enet status chan-id
This command displays the current Ethernet counters of the VLC1012 and VDSL modem.

COUNTER MEANING
ALGM_ERR
This is the number of frames received with alignment errors (odd number of nibbles).
SINGLE_COL
A count of successfully transmitted frames for which transmission is inhibited by exactly one
collision.
MUL_COL
A count of successfully transmitted frames for which transmission was inhibited by more than
one collision.
