0 READY 1 Drive is ready to receive start command.
0 Drive is not ready.
1 ENABLED 1 External run enable signal is received.
0 No external run enable signal is received.
2 STARTED 1 Drive has received start command.
0 Drive has not received start command.
3 RUNNING 1 Drive is modulating.
0 Drive is not modulating.
4 EM OFF (OFF2) 1 Emergency OFF2 is active.
0 Emergency OFF2 is inactive.
5EM STOP

1 Emergency stop OFF3 (ramp stop) is active.
0 Emergency OFF3 is inactive.
