Hard arc handling is always enabled.

Note: Cycling power to the unit resets arc

Sets the joule mode counter threshold type.

•1 = Voltage
•2 = Current

(default setting) or always.
Note: Frequency is limited to 150 kHz when
the pulse mode is set to be enabled
always.
