Position the heat shield and coupling onto the emission chamber
so the threaded hole is aligned with the threaded fitting for the
exhaust tube.
Reconnect the parts using the 4 screws and washers. Tighten
opposite screws, similar to a wheel on an automobile, to insure a
good seal.
