Replacing the FPD signal board
If changing the GC configuration, see Changing the GC
configuration ( 167) for important information regarding GC
methods. Then proceed with the steps below.
1 Cool down the oven and all heated zones.
Turn off all gas flows at their sources.
Turn off the GC main power switch and disconnect its power
cord.
