Draining Water from the Cooling Water Tank
Before replacing the ion-exchange resin for relling, replacing the ion-exchanger, and
replacing cooling water (once every 6 months), drain water from the cooling water
tank to make the tank empty. When moving or transporting the equipment or when
the equipment is stopped for one month or more, make the cooling water tank empty
in advance.

Operating Procedure
(1) Open the front door.
(2) Open the lid of the cooling water tank and take out the oating panel.

Keep the panel clean during the exchanging work.
(3) Pump out water in the tank.
(4) Return the oating panel in the tank. Return and secure the tank lid.
