2. Cooling Water
Cooling water is used to cool the flashlamp and YAG rod provided in the laser
chamber in the laser oscillator section. Use deionized water or puried water.
Tap water, industrial water, ground water, or ultra pure water (16 MΩ·cm minimum
resistivity) may cause corrosion or clogging, resulting in fault of the equipment.
