2. Place the sealing ring into the contact pres-
sure ring of the gas airlock.
3. Slide the quartz tube into the contact pres-
sure ring until the gas outlets protrude into
the slots of the ring.
4. Attach the counter piece of the gas airlock
with the three corresponding hexagon
socket screws. Tighten the screws evenly
in turn.
Note: When tightening the screws make
sure that the quartz tube is centered in the
gas airlock.
 The gas airlock is fitted correctly if
the gap between the contact pres-
sure ring and the counter piece is
approx. 1 mm wide all round.
