1 oxygen connection
2 argon connection
5. Slide the quartz tube into the combustion
furnace up to the stop in the coupling of the
analyzer panel.
6. Without using the flame sensor:
Slide the hose for the oxygen supply onto
the gas connection of the combustion tube
(1).
7. Connect the hose for the argon supply to
the gas airlock (2).
The combustion tube is inserted into
the multi EA 4000.
Caution:
The hoses must not be kinked or twisted!
Connecting the flame sensor (optional)
1 sensor head
2 oxygen gas connection
3 sealing rings
4 brass sleeve with screw thread
5 aperture disk
1. Connect the hose for the oxygen supply
(2) to the sensor head (1).
2. In turn slide the black aperture disk (5),
the brass sleeve and the two sealing rings
onto the gas connection of the combus-
tion tube in accordance with the figure.
