12. If no error is found in the hardware tests, a graphic
representation of the keyboard is displayed. Follow the
instructions shown at the bottom of the display to test the
operation of the keys.
13. If you indicated that an error occurred while testing the
keys, a message similar to the following is displayed:

14. Record the error message and turn the power switch OFF.
