1 Turn off the cytometer.
2 If you have a Loader installed:
• Open the Loader doors.
• Pull out the drawer.
• If needed, remove the carousel.
• Move the tube guide to manual position. See step 2 on page 51.
3 Unscrew the retainer by turning it in the direction shown.
