Software
Both included software packages must be installed:
• BD FACSCanto clinical software v2.1
• BD FACSDiva software v6.0
NOTICE BD FACSDiva software v6.0 must be installed for BD FACSCanto
clinical software v2.1 to operate.
Workstation
BD FACSCanto II workstation purchased through BD Biosciences
Compatible Tubes
• 12 x 75-mm polystyrene test tubes (BD Falcon™ tubes)
• 12 x 75-mm BD Trucount™ tubes
• BD FACS™ 7-color setup bead tubes
Bulk Fluids
• BD FACSFlow solution
• BD™ FACSClean solution
• BD FACS™ shutdown solution
• bleach (waste container)
Do not read FCS files created with v2.1 into previous versions of
BD FACSCanto clinical software. Previous versions will show incorrect results.
