PMT voltages
inconsistent between
compensation tubes
Re-record all compensation
tubes with the same PMT
settings.
Wrong tube run for
stained control tube
Re-record all compensation
tubes and recalculate.
Insufficient separation
between positive and
negative populations
Adjust compensation to see if it
improves. If it does not, re-
record the compensation tubes,
draw new gates, and calculate
compensation again.
If automatic compensation fails,
perform manually.
